At Apple, I coordinated capital-equipment programs. At Schwab, I led publishing integration and worked hands-on in Drupal. At Four Hands, I managed operations and built tools to support the work.

Apple
$102M six-month capital-equipment budget
I managed budgets, schedules and dependencies for new-product assembly-line programs, coordinating U.S. and Asia teams, suppliers and offshore partners through installation and test-build readiness.
I worked with vendors and engineering teams on a manual assembly approach that met prototype-build requirements before automation, helping avoid approximately $4M in equipment spending.

I led the TD Ameritrade publishing integration across business and technical teams supporting approximately 700 partners. My work included publishing workflows, release readiness and hands-on Drupal and HTML/CSS work.
During the move to Drupal, I coordinated an Advisor Services navigation redesign with design, business stakeholders and developers. Together, we aligned the navigation with the new site structure and the rest of Schwab.
Four Hands
Warehouse workflows · Inventory · Pricing
I redesigned the operational layout and workflows to increase inventory capacity and reduce staffing requirements. I also developed an internal application using ReactJS and Selenium.
The application and pricing model helped the team manage aging inventory and pricing. This work combined day-to-day operations with hands-on software development.
